3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Payment Terms

Our services operate on a pay-per-qualified-lead model. You will only be charged for leads that meet your specified qualification criteria and respond to your campaigns. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets your specified demographic and firmographic criteria
• Has shown genuine interest by responding to your campaign
• Provides valid contact information
• Is not a duplicate of a previously delivered lead
